Paolo Marolo is the inspired orchestrator of grappa distillation, arranging harmonies of aroma and flavor through a sensitive balancing of technique and passion. The grappas of Paolo Marolo are essentially the fruit of his great love for his work as a "Mestro Grappaiolo".
Marolo’s hand-crafted Grappa & Camomile is a liqueur made from infusing chamomille blossoms steeped in Nebbiolo grappa made from nebbiolo grapes. Its calming qualities also aid digestion. A delectable digestivo created from a traditional recipe of the Langhe region. The camomile is picked when fully mature, dried in the shade and left to steep for 11 months in the grappa.
Therefore this bottle has become highly sought after as a collectors bottle.
This bottle is a 50 ML Mini collectors bottle.
